Time it was, and what a time it was, it was
A time of innocence, a time of confidences
Long ago, it must be, I have a photograph
Preserve your memories, they’re all that’s left you
Nothing to add to what Simon and Garfunkel had to say, just still feeling a little sad, a little sentimental…
Beautiful photos, Sue!!

Kind of like the foundations of our lives! A time we will never forget.

Got to go out and enjoy the sunshine and 81 degrees today, and shake off this sadness. Or else just sit here and cry and get it out of my system. Either one would work for me.

I think it may be time to start the vigil for the Sandhill crane chicks. My biggest trepidation over going away last weekend was that I might miss the big event! Those babies would do a good job of cheering me up!
