Yes, I spent a lot of money on the Bird Buddy, even though I didn’t have a whole lot of faith in the quality of the pictures it would take. Not after spending the last few years seeing wonderful pictures taken by talented photographers every day. What I expected, when I ordered the feeder, was that I would sit outside and take pictures of the birds on the feeder with my camera. But then it turned out that the pictures from the Bird Buddy were quite good, especially when they capture funny expressions on the birds faces. And then they added videos. Today though, for the first time in ages, I was able to use my camera to capture a visiting bird. A Carolina wren to be exact. And a crow, because I haven’t offered up the last of the meal worms yet.
